These quality Kubota 1T ultra-compact excavators are a great solution for tight access spaces. Track width can be reduced to just 800mm using a single lever to get through door and gates, and with the roll cage down it is just 1800mm high (2230mm with the roll cage up). Comes on its own trailer - you just need a vehicle with 1.5T towing capacity - and with 2 ground penetrating buckets and 1 mud bucket. I spoke to John a couple of weeks ago, enquired about their wood chipper machine. John very patiently explained what they can do for me, and how it works etc, was very helpful, even though I did not hire the machine as we have called the council to take the cut wood away, but John and Vermont Hire are trust worthy, I highly recommended them.

All the guys are helpful there but I have dealt with Rick mostly both times and he is knowledgeable, a good bloke and very helpful. The machinery was second to none. They started first time every time. Pricing is cheaper than the bigger companies. Very happy with my experiences with Vermont hire!
