These quality zero swing Kubota U17-3 excavators are powerful and well balanced, designed to dig fast and hard, even in congested conditions. Ideal for medium sized projects, they're our most popular excavator. They come with 2 ground penetrating buckets and 1 mud bucket, and they also come on their own trailer - you just need a vehicle with 2T towing capacity. SPECIFICATIONS: Height 2400mm and roll cage cannot be removed. Too high? Check out our 1T excavator; Width tracks in 1000mm, width tracks out 1250mm. Too wide? Check out our 1T excavator.
INCLUSIONS: Hours of use included per hire: 24-hours-8 hours, weekend-9 hours, 1-week-40 hours, 4-weeks-160 hours. Most customers stay well within this, but any excess hours are charged at 1/13th of the 24-hour rate.

I spoke to John a couple of weeks ago, enquired about their wood chipper machine. John very patiently explained what they can do for me, and how it works etc, was very helpful, even though I did not hire the machine as we have called the council to take the cut wood away, but John and Vermont Hire are trust worthy, I highly recommended them.

All the guys are helpful there but I have dealt with Rick mostly both times and he is knowledgeable, a good bloke and very helpful. The machinery was second to none. They started first time every time. Pricing is cheaper than the bigger companies. Very happy with my experiences with Vermont hire!
