These hydraulic one man post hole diggers are 900mm wide, can go 900mm deep and have a reversible control handle so you can drill holes up against walls or fences. These machines dig down to 900mm and come with one auger included in the hire - select from 200mm, 250mm, 300mm or 350mm augers. Need to go deeper? We also have post hole auger extensions for hire, extending the depth to 1400mm.

I spoke to John a couple of weeks ago, enquired about their wood chipper machine. John very patiently explained what they can do for me, and how it works etc, was very helpful, even though I did not hire the machine as we have called the council to take the cut wood away, but John and Vermont Hire are trust worthy, I highly recommended them.

All the guys are helpful there but I have dealt with Rick mostly both times and he is knowledgeable, a good bloke and very helpful. The machinery was second to none. They started first time every time. Pricing is cheaper than the bigger companies. Very happy with my experiences with Vermont hire!
