This rough terrain scissor lift operates on uneven surfaces and has a platform height of 6.5m and a working height of 8.5m. It is 4-wheel drive, easy to operate, has hydraulic outriggers with automatic leveling and a roll out deck extension for extra reach. Maximum slope for self-leveling: 10 degrees side to side, 6 degrees front to rear. Diesel powered, it is best used outside or in areas with good ventilation.
This machine is available to hire on its own trailer - electric brakes are not needed, but you do need a vehicle with a 3.5T towing capacity - for $40 per day. Need it delivered? I spoke to John a couple of weeks ago, enquired about their wood chipper machine. John very patiently explained what they can do for me, and how it works etc, was very helpful, even though I did not hire the machine as we have called the council to take the cut wood away, but John and Vermont Hire are trust worthy, I highly recommended them.

All the guys are helpful there but I have dealt with Rick mostly both times and he is knowledgeable, a good bloke and very helpful. The machinery was second to none. They started first time every time. Pricing is cheaper than the bigger companies. Very happy with my experiences with Vermont hire!
